Kazakhstan working to address western sanctions against Lukoil
ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s Energy and Foreign Affairs Ministries are working together to address the implications of U.S. sanctions imposed on Russia’s Lukoil, Deputy Energy Minister Sanzhar Zharkeshov said Tuesday.
